FLIGHT SUPERVISION AND REPRESENTATION
- Supervision of flight handling to ensure maximum service quality.
- Ground coordination and management of all subcontractors and suppliers during a turnaround.
- Supervision of check-in and boarding area (opening times, number of counters, information to passengers, baggage policy…).
- Supervision of aircraft turnaround ( disembarkation and boarding of passengers and loading/unloading of baggage. Cleaning, catering & fuelling supervision…).
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, reporting in case of breaches or discrepancies.
- SLA control.
- Regular liaison with local authorities, airport handlers, police authorities…
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE
- Checking supplier's invoices.
- Sending statistics (DL, turnaround times…).
- Managing station supplies.
- Ensuring storage of flights documentation according to the airline requirement.
- Managing COMAIL and all other documents with French administration.
FLIGHT PREPARATION AND REPORTING
- Processing PNL, Briefing with check-in team regarding particularities and airline procedures.
